Description

Operating Condition
1. Lumbar Support
This function should be operated always excepting vehicle sleep condition.
This function should be operated same as the sliding/reclining of power seat operating condition. Also the lumbar support should be operated by battery(B+) in engine off condition.
2. Massage
This function should be operated only Engine running.
For this function, the ECU should be needed the ALT-L from vehicle.
ECU will control for this condition by ALT-L signal

Lumbar Support Definition
1. The air bladder of lumbar should be operated by 3 inflation button and 1 deflation button.
A. Deflation : All lumbar bladder should be deflated at same time.
B. Upper Bladder : The upper bladder should be inflated, but also middle/lower bladder should be deflated at same time.
C. Lower Bladder : The lower bladder should be inflated, but also upper/middle bladder should be deflated at same time.
D. Middle Bladder :
1st step - The middle bladder should be inflated during full-out time, but also middle/lower bladder should be deflated at same time.
2nd step - After 1st step, the upper/middle bladder should be inflated at same time automatically.
2. The lumbar position should be kept even the key condition is changed to engine on.
3. The lumbar bladder should not be deflated even the key position is changed to engine off, if the massage was not operated during engine on.
4. The lumbar support should be operated only massage off mode.
The lumbar function can not be operated during massage operation.

Massage Definition
1. Massage mode
(1) AUTO MODE1 (CONTINUOUS MODE)
(2) AUTO MODE2 (RANDOM MODE)
(3) UPPER BACK MODE
(4) LOWER BACK MODE
2. Massage 1 cycle :15 minutes
A. The massage cycle time should not be refreshed during massage operation, even if the massage mode, speed, force are changed.
3. Massage Operation
A. If the user push POWER On/Off button, the massage should be operated at force2/speed2 immediately without deflation time.
B. If the massage mode is changed to any massage mode with any force/speed level during massage operation, the previous force/speed level should be kept at changed massage mode. This function can be controlled by remote controller.
4. Massage interruption
(1) Massage Stop
A. When the massage and vibrator are operated same time :
If the user push the massage button(same button) or vibrator button, the pushed function should be stopped only.
If the power button is pushed, all function should be stopped at same time.
B. When the massage or vibrator is operated only :
If the user push the power button, the function should be stopped. But if same button is pushed, the massage will not be stopped.
It means if the user want to stop the massage or vibrator, the power button should be pushed.
(2) Level Change
A. If the user push the level up button at Force 3 or Speed 3, the force and speed should be kept at the level 3. It can not be exceeded level3.
B. If the user push the level down button at Force 1 or Speed 1, the force and speed should be kept at the level 1. It can not be exceeded level3.
(3) Mode Change
A. If the massage is changed from any massage mode, the massage should be started immediately without deflation time.
B. The ECU should follow the final signal even if the ECU did not get the previous signal from remote controller.
