SERVICE INFORMATION:

This bulletin contains a chart that lists the Engine Control Module (ECM) Vendor serial number and cross-references to a Infiniti part number. This chart is intended to be used as a reference guide to assist in verifying that a vehicle has the correct ECM installed in it. The parts catalog along with the VIN number and Date of Manufacture should be used to determine the correct part number when ordering a new ECM.

An ECM with a part number with 2371M-*****RE is a replacement ECN4 and has the same programming as the original. If a vehicle has an ECM with a part number containing "M" and "RE", disregard the "M" and "RE" when using this chart.

The ECM part number can also be accessed through the CONSULT connector using CONSULT. All vehicles have a decal that has the vendor part number on the ECM cover.
