Secondary Throttle Sensor, (With Traction Control Only)

Fig. 214 Secondary Throttle Sensor Terminal Identification:

1. Turn ignition switch Off.
2. Disconnect secondary throttle sensor harness connector.
3. Check resistance between terminals B and C, Fig. 214.
4. Check resistance as follows:
a. Secondary throttle valve fully open, resistance should be approximately 3000-5800 ohms.
b. Secondary throttle valve partially open, resistance should be 800-5800 ohms.
c. Secondary throttle valve fully open, resistance should be approximately 800 ohms.
