Malfunction Indicator Lamp: Testing and Inspection

DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODE 1 - BULB CHECK
To Test - Turn ignition switch "ON". Do not start engine. In this mode, the malfunction indicator lamp in the instrument panel stays "ON". The LED indicator lamp in the ECCS Control Module is also "ON". If either lamp remains "OFF", check the bulb in the malfunction indicator lamp.
