Closed Throttle Position Switch

Closed Throttle Position Switch:

1. Warm up engine sufficiently.
^ Make sure fast idle cam holds cam follower lever released.
2. Disconnect throttle position switch harness connector.
3. Check continuity between terminals B and C.
With accelerator pedal released - CONTINUITY
With accelerator pedal depressed - NO CONTINUITY
