Component Tests and General Diagnostics

POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK FOR AUTO A/C SYSTEM
- Check power supply circuit for auto air conditioning system.
AUTO AMP. CHECK








- Check power supply circuit for auto amp. with ignition switch ON.
- Measure voltage across terminal No. (1), (2), (11) and body ground.








- Check body ground circuit for auto amp. with ignition switch OFF.
- Check for continuity between terminal No. (5), (42) and body ground.

CONTROL UNIT CHECK








- Check power supply circuit for control unit with ignition switch ON.
- Measure voltage across terminal No. (62) and body ground.








- Check body ground circuit for control unit with ignition switch OFF.
- Check for continuity between terminal No. (61) and body ground.
