Closed Throttle Position Switch:

If the throttle position sensor or throttle position switch is replaced or removed, it is necessary to install it in the proper position, by following the procedure as shown.
1. Install throttle position sensor body in throttle body. Do not tighten bolts.
2. Connect throttle position sensor and closed throttle position switch harness connector.
3. Start engine and warm it up sufficiently.
4. Disconnect throttle position switch harness connector.
5. Check closed throttle position switch OFF-ON speed with circuit tester, closing throttle valve manually.
Closed throttle position switch OFF-ON speed:
A/T: Engine speed in "N" position 810 ±150rpm
