Removal and Installation

Remove the hood ledge cover and observe the following to ensure proper servicing.






CAUTION:
- When removing, remove negative terminal first. But for installation, install positive terminal first.
- Tighten parts to the specified torque.






Battery fix frame mounting nut:
Tightening Torque: 3.5 - 5.3 N.m (0.36 - 0.54 kg-m, 31 - 46 in-lb) Battery cable tightening nut:
Tightening Torque: 2.94 - 7.84 N.m (0.30 - 0.79 kg-m, 26 - 69 in-lb)
