Removal and Installation

REMOVAL




1. Disconnect negative battery terminal and positive battery terminal.

CAUTION: When removing, remove negative battery terminal first.

2. Remove battery fix frame.
3. Remove battery case.
4. Remove battery.
5. Remove battery tray.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
When installation, install positive battery cable first.

Battery fix frame mounting nut and bolt:
Tightening Torque: 3.5 - 5.3 N.m (0.3 - 0.54 kg-m, 31 - 46 in-lb)

Battery terminal nut:
Tightening Torque: 2.94 - 7.84 N.m (0.30 - 0.79 kg-m, 26 - 69 in-lb)
