There is a cut or tear in the driver's seat cushion trim in the area shown in Figure 1.

ACTION

Replace the seat cushion trim. Refer to section SE in the Service Manual for replacement information.





^ While the seat cushion trim is removed use a file (or other suitable tool) to "round the front edges of the finisher shown in Figure 2.

The sharp edges on the finisher may have caused the trim damage.





NOTE:
See the before and "after" photos.

^ Use 2 new clips when reinstalling the seat cushion outer finisher.
