Cutting the Vehicle Body

If ten (10) minutes have passed sine the rescuer shut down the high voltage system, then the rescuer can cut the vehicle except for the Li-ion battery. DO NOT cut the Li-ion battery due to possible electrocution risk and electrolyte solution leakage.
