Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

1. Ensure wiper blade assemblies are in the park position.
2. Remove wiper blade arm retaining nut covers, then the retaining nuts.
3. Remove wiper blade arm assemblies.
4. Remove lower windshield cowl screw covers, then the retaining screws.
5. Carefully remove cowl from vehicle.
6. Remove wiper motor assembly retaining screws, then disconnect wiper linkage from wiper motor crank arm.
7. Reverse procedure to install. Torque wiper blade arm retaining nuts to 14 ft. lbs.
