Removal

Cylinder Head Assembly:

1. Remove RH engine bottom cover.
2. Disconnect exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
3. Place support under engine and remove the RH engine mount.
4. Remove power steering and generator drive belts.
5. Remove engine mount bracket from the timing cover.
6. Remove the four mount bolts and remove the crankshaft pulley.
7. Remove mount bolts and timing belt cover.
8. Loosen, but do not remove, the tension pulley bolt.
9. Remove timing belt from camshaft pulley.
10. Remove PCV hose and spark plug cables.
11. Remove cylinder head cover bolts.
12. Remove cylinder head bolts.
13. Remove cylinder head.
