The wiring circuit diagrams in Fig. 1 can be used as an aid in diagnosing circuit malfunctions.

CHECK POINTS
If all parts checked are satisfactory, harness and connection of connectors should be checked.

1. If fan does not operate in any condition, check the following:
a. Cooling fan motor connector C-18.
b. Fusible link wire 0.4G.
c. Cooling fan relay connector X-3.
2. If fan does not operate with A/C On, check the diode box connector X-6 when A/C operation is normal.
3. If the fan does not operate when coolant temperature is high, check thermo switch connector C-9, or diode connector X-6.
