THROTTLE POSITION SIGNAL FAULT - P1791

Function:
Throttle position signal monitor.

Possible Causes:
Faulty harness wiring/connection.
Faulty ECM signal.

Effects:
MIL illuminated.
Fixed shift points, giving possible harsh shifts.

Remedy:
Repair or renew harness/connector.
Examine ECM fault diagnosis.
