Measure the resistance between PI035/005 and in turn

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to V7 V7: Check Harness Short to Ground
No
Inspect EM012, PI035 and PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice PIS10 fault. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
