A16: Check For Short #1 Module to Ground

With connectors EM012, EM013, EM027, EM029, PI018, PI021, PI023 and PI024 disconnected and fuse F18 removed, measure the resistance between EM027/008 and EM027/009

- Is the resistance> 10 M ohms?
Yes
Do not replace fuse F18
GO to A17 A17: Check For Short #2 Module to Ground
No
Inspect connectors EM027, PI001 and PI018, PI021, PI023 and PI024 for bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation.
