C4: Check For Short to B+

With EM013 and CV001 disconnected, measure the voltage between EM013/004 and vehicle ground EM010/022.

- < 1 V?
Yes
GO to C5 C5: Check Harness Continuity
No
Inspect harness/connectors EM013 and CV001 for bent/pushed back pins, damage or corrosion. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
