With EM011, EM010 and FP001 disconnected, measure voltage between pins 1 and 2 of sensor connector.

No
GO to D8 D8: Replace Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor
Yes
Inspect harness/connectors EM011 FP001, EM003, FC001, BT004 and BT005 for damage, corrosion, bent/pushed back pins. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
