Using appropriate leads, link PI035/001 and PI035/005 to MAF corresponding pins
With engine at normal running temperature and at idle
Check output voltage at MAF pin 2 and pin 5 (ground)

- Output voltage between 0.7 and 1.7 volts?
Yes
Go to W8 W8: End
No
Renew air flow meter assembly
Go to W8 W8: End
