Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect battery ground cable. Refer to 'Battery, Service and Repair, Battery Reconnection Procedure.' Service and Repair






2. Disconnect connector from MAF sensor.







3. Remove bolts securing MAF sensor to air cleaner.







4. Remove air cleaner cover.

Release clips.







5. Release band clip - trunking to MAF sensor and remove assembly.

Discard sensor seals

Installation


1. NOTE: Install new seals.


Installation is a reversal of the removal procedure.
