A1 : CHECK FOR CORRECT CONNECTION

1. Switch the ignition to the OFF position.
2. Make sure the routing of all EVAP system hoses is correct.
3. Check for loose connections by slightly pulling on the fuel vapor hose at the manifold, EVAP canister purge valve and evaporative emission canisters.
4. Check all hoses and tubes for cuts, holes, brittleness and any other damage.
5. Visually inspect the EVAP canister and EVAP canister purge valve.

Are all tubes, hoses and components in good condition?

Yes
CLEAR DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.

No
REPAIR or INSTALL new hoses and tubes as necessary. CLEAR DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
