Cylinder Head and Valve Train

CYLINDER HEAD

NOTE: Tighten the bolts 1 through 10 in the indicated sequence. New head bolts and washers must be used.

Install cylinder head.
1. Tighten bolts 1 through 10 to 20 Nm.
2. Tighten bolts 1 through 10 to 35 Nm.
3. Tighten bolts 1 through 10 to 90°.
4. Tighten bolts 1 through 10 to 90°.
5. Tighten bolts 11 through 12 to 25 Nm.

INTAKE MANIFOLD

Intake Manifold Assembly Retaining Bolts 21 Nm.

CAMSHAFT BEARING CAP

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts 10 Nm.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD




Exhaust manifold retaining nuts RH side 20 Nm.





Exhaust manifold retaining nuts LH side 20 Nm.
