Note: In the event of replacement of either a door lock actuator or interior release cable, replace both the affected door lock actuator and interior release cable.

Inspection and Verification
1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

- Door locks - Electrical connector(s)
- Latch(s) - Wiring harness for damage or corrosion
- Handle(s) - Relay(s)
- Module (GEM)
- Actuator(s)
- Switch(s)
3. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
4. If the cause is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Jaguar Approved Diagnostic System.
