DTC C1235; RIGHT-HAND REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR (WSS) CIRCUIT FAILURE

G92304t26: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS SENSOR CIRCUIT FOR HIGH RESISTANCE
1. Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position.
2. Disconnect the ABS/DSC module electrical connector, JB45/JB185.
3. Measure the resistance between CA60, pin 02 (WG) and JB45/JB185, pin 31 (WG).
^ Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?
> Yes REPAIR the high resistance circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No

G92304t27: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS SENSOR CIRCUIT FOR SHORT CIRCUIT TO BATTERY
1. Measure the voltage between CA60, pin 02 (WG) and GROUND.
^ Is the voltage greater than 3 volts?
> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No

G92304t28: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS SENSOR CIRCUIT FOR SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND
1. Measure the resistance between CA60, pin 02 (WG) and GROUND.
^ Is the resistance less than 10,000 ohms?
> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No

G92304t29: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS POWER CIRCUIT FOR HIGH RESISTANCE
1. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor.
2. Measure the resistance between CA60, pin 01 (NG) and JB45/JB185, pin 30 (NG).
^ Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?
> Yes REPAIR the high resistance circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No

G92304t30: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS POWER CIRCUIT FOR SHORT CIRCUIT TO BATTERY
1. Measure the voltage between CA60, pin 01 (NG) and GROUND.
^ Is the voltage greater than 3 volts?
> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No

G92304t31: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND REAR WSS POWER CIRCUIT FOR SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND
1. Measure the resistance between CA60, pin 01 (NG) and GROUND.
^ Is the resistance less than 10,000 ohms?
> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation.
> No INSTALL a new WSS, CLEAR the DTC, test the system for normal operation. If the DTC is repeated, please check part is not on any form of prior authorization before replacement.
