P1710. CONTROL VALVE SOLENOID GROUND.
CHECK CONTROL VALVE SOLENOID GROUND CIRCUIT.
1. Disconnect transmission electrical connector, JB155.
2. Measure the resistance between JB155, pin 18 (B) and GROUND.
^ Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?
-> Yes
-> No
No electrical fault in GROUND circuit. Possible internal fault. Recheck DTCs.

CHECK CONTROL VALVE SOLENOID GROUND WIRE FOR CONTINUITY.
1. Disconnect TOM electrical connector, JB131.
2. Measure the resistance between JB155, pin 18 (B) and JB131, pin 17 (B).
^ Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?
-> Yes
REPAIR the high resistance circuit.
-> No
