Removal
1. Lower and extend the steering column to its maximum rearward position.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Remove the centre console.
4. Remove the instrument panel finish panel.
CAUTION: Make sure damage does not occur to the instrument panel finish panel.
5. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel.
6. Detach the instrument cluster.
- Remove the instrument cluster retaining nuts.
7. Remove the instrument cluster.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: A new instrument cluster must be configured using the Jaguar approved diagnostic equipment.
