Inspection and Verification
1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

Mechanical Electrical
- Audio unit damage - Fuses
- Cassette player damaged, not loading - Loose or corroded connector(s)
- Compact disc player jammed, not loading - Audio unit
- Mini disc player jammed, not loading - Speakers
- Scratched/dirty compact discs, mini discs
- Damaged cassette tape

1. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
2. If the cause is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Jaguar Approved Diagnostic System for the correct functionality of the audio system.
