OVERVIEW
Armored vehicles have an upgraded power steering pump, with increased output pressure and flow, to increase the power assistance provided to the steering system. The armored vehicle also has a unique VAPS (variable assist power steering) tune, which matches the steering Servotronic valve operation to the increased front axle load and uprated power steering pump.
