Fuse Block: Application and ID

Fuse Box



Right Hand Drive shown

The interior fusebox is fitted below the steering column, behind the trim panel. It comprises of three integral units.
"A" = Main fusebox.
"B" = Satellite fusebox 2.
"C" = Satellite fusebox 1.

A label in the fusebox cover shows the circuits protected, the fuse rating and their locations. Access is by releasing the fixing screws and lowering the panel.

3. Radio/cassette/CD player, map lights 10A
4. RH headlight main beam 10A

6. Cigar lighter, seat heaters, washer jets 20A

Engine Compartment Fuse Box
The fusebox is located on the right side of the engine compartment. The circuits protected and their locations are shown on the inside of the fusebox cover. To change a main circuit fuse prise off protective cover A and remove retaining screws.

3. Air conditioning 30A
4. Hazard warning lights, horn 30A
5. Anti-lock braking 30A
6. Fuel pump 15A
7. Fuel system 20A


Drivers Seat Auxiliary Fuse Box



An auxiliary fuse box controlling the drivers seat function and the electric mirrors is located under the drivers seat. Access to the fuse box is easier if the seat is moved fully forward.

1. Mirror verticle tilt 3A
2. Drivers seat recline/height rear 30A
3. Drivers seat base/height front 30A
4. Driver seat/mirror memory 3A
5. Mirror horizontal tilt 3A
6. Spare fuse 3A


Passenger Seat Auxiliary Fuse Box



An auxiliary fuse box controlling the passenger seat functions is located under the passenger seat. Access to the fuse box is easier if the seat is moved fully forward.

1. Passenger seat recline/height rear 30A
2. Passenger seat base/height front 30A


Heated Front Screen Fuses



The fuses for the heated front screen are located behind the glove box. To gain access to the fuses, release the two glove box stays from the fascia and pivot the glove box fully downward.
