There have been reports of the lumbar support adjustment knobs coming off of seats, primarily electric seats. The approved procedure to follow when repairing the lumbar support adjustment knobs is shown below.

ACTION REQUIRED

Upon customer complaint of the lumbar support adjustment knob falling off of the seat or observation of the symptom during Pre-Delivery Inspection, follow the procedure below.
