SRS Component Replacement Policy

In order to confirm diagnostic procedures and further analyze repairs, all SRS, components returned to LRNA (requested on the monthly Warranty Parts Return Request form), including harnesses, DCUs and sensors, are to be accompanied by a printout showing the fault determined by TestBook. Since the supplier of SRS components requires a copy of the TestBook printout to accompany all returned material, we also reserve the right to deny a claim for any SRS component not returned with a printout. If you are not able to obtain a TestBook printout at the time of the repair, please contact the Technical Hotline and one of our Technicians will confirm and document your diagnosis for later transmittal to the supplier.

In the case of a wiring harness replacement, the work procedure must be carefully followed to avoid any damage to the harness. Components must be packed in the original carton used for the replacement part.

If you damage a component during removal, package improperly or fail to include the TestBook print out, we may not be able to accept your claim.
