Possible causes:
1. Short circuit C0606/21 (NO) - battery.
2. Short circuit C0606/21 (NO) - 5 V.
3. Short circuit C0606/21 (NO) - ground.
4. Open circuit C0606/21 (NO) - C0169/4 (NO).
4. Short circuit C0606/22 (YG) - battery.
6. Short circuit C0606/22 (YG) - 5 V.
7. Short circuit C0606/22 (YG) - ground.
8. Open circuit C0606/22 (YG) - C0169/3 (YG).
9. Connectors C0606, C0169.
10. Engine coolant temperature sensor.
