Possible causes:
1. Open circuit C0331/8 (W) - C0787/4 (W).
2. Open circuit C0331/9 (Y) - C0787/5 (Y).
3. Short circuit C0331/9 (Y) - ground.
4. Connectors C0331, C0787.
5. Throttle pedal sensor.

1. Open circuit C0331/8 (W) - C0787/4 (W).
OPEN_CIRCUIT
Check resistance > 1M Ohms.

2. Open circuit C0331/9 (Y) - C0787/5 (Y).
SHORT_CIRCUIT
Check resistance < 5.0 Ohms.

3. Short circuit C0331/9 (Y) - ground.
SHORT_CIRCUIT
Check resistance < 5.0 Ohms.

4. Connectors C0331, C0787.
CONNECTOR
Check for connector not correctly latched, backed out pins, damaged pins, corroded pins
