AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

SITUATION:

REAR WINDOW REGULATOR INOPERATIVE

If the regulator motor is held active over eight seconds the timer will be exceeded and the motor will become disabled for protection. The timer is missing from some configuration files within the affected VIN range, allowing a window regulator motor to become disabled under certain operating conditions.*
