Possible Causes:
1. Connectors C0331, C0652.
2. Open circuit C0331/24 (PG) - C0652/4 (PG).
3. Open circuit C0331/28 (GR) - C0652/3 (GR).
4. Short circuit C0331/24 (PG) - Ground.
5. Short circuit C0331/28 (GR) - Ground.
6. Short circuit C0331/24 (PG) - Battery.
7. Short circuit C0331/28 (GR) - Battery.
8. Brake switch.
9. MS43 ECM.
