AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE

CONDITION SUMMARY:

Situation:

As a direct result of Retailer input, Service Repair Operation times have been increased and the Workshop Manual procedure for the removal/installation of both the Normally Aspirated and Supercharged engine assemblies has been revised. The procedure has changed by removing the transmission and lowering the engine through the bottom of the vehicle.

Action:

When removing / installing the engine assembly, follow the Repair Procedure outlined below.

DDW requires the use of causal part numbers. Labor only claims must show the causal part number with a quantity of zero.
