Lubricate
    Wheels
      Remove wheels. Lubricate wheel centers.
Reset
    Service Reminder Indicators
      Reset the Service Interval Indicator.
Clean
    Suspension
      Remove debris from dynamic response valve block and chassis.
Diagnose/Test
    Vehicle
      ROAD TEST
    Diagnostic Readout Box
      If fault lamps illuminated use T4 to find the faults and report.
Inspect
    Wiring Harness
      Inspect electrical harnesses for correct routing and damage.
    Wiper and Washer Systems
      Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems. Check blades.
    Washer Fluid
      Check and top-up washer fluid.
    Tires
      Check tire pressures condition and tread depth.
    Tie Rod End
      Check torque fo tie rod ends. Tighten to 76 Nm (56 lb-ft).
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect condition/operation of suspension and steering components, boots and drive axles.
    Seat Belt Systems
      Check condition and security of seats and seat belts.
    Power Steering Line/Hose
      Inspect PAS lines, hoses, and unions for correct routing and damage.
    Power Steering Fluid
      Check and top-up PAS fluid.
    Parking Brake System
      Check adjustment of electric parking brake.
    Oil Cooler, Engine
      Inspect oil cooler and remove debris.
    Lighting and Horns
      Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horns.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel hoses, lines, and unions for correct routing and damage.
    Fluids
      Check for leaks.
    Exhaust System
      Check exhaust system for leaks and damage.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect serpentine drive belts and if equipped Supercharger belt.
    Doors, Hood and Trunk
      Inspect and lube door checks. Inspect hood latch and fuel flap.
    Coolant
      Check coolant level and freeze protection level.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect brake lines, hoses, and unions for correct routing and damage.
    Brake Fluid
      Check and top-up brake fluid.
    Body and Frame
      Anti-corrosion check.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Change engine oil and replace filter.
    Engine Oil
      Change engine oil and replace filter.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace pollen filter.
Rotate
    Wheels and Tires
      Install road wheels to opposite side of the vehicle - except uni-directional tires which install on the same side.
