Drive Belt: Service and Repair

REMOVAL




REMOVE DRIVE BELT
a. Loosen the pivot bolt and adjusting lock bolt.

Torque:
- Pivot bolt: 56 Nm (570 kg.cm, 41 ft.lb)
- Adjusting lock bolt: 18 Nm (185 kg.cm, 13 ft.lb)

b. Loosen the belt tension by adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.

INSTALLATION
Installation is In the reverse order of removal.

AFTER INSTALLATION, CHECK DRIVE BELT'S INSTALLATION CONDITION.
