Introduction
Some customers with 2004 model year RX 330 vehicles may experience a condition in which, when using the "AUTO UP" function from any power window switch, the selected window will roll to the full up position and then roll back down halfway. An updated power window switch has been made available to address this condition.

Repair Procedure
1. Remove and replace the switch of the window that is exhibiting the condition.
2. Reinitialize the jam protection by using the door window switch to manually roll the window down halfway, then pulling up on the switch until the window closes and the "AUTO" illumination stops flashing (this could take up to 10 seconds).
3. Verify proper operation.

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
