Introduction

Some customers may complain that the vanity mirror cover binds when opening or may not fully open. A new service part is now available to address this condition.

^ 2004 model year RX 330 (Japan Built) vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown below.

Repair Procedure





Replace the visor assembly with a new service part. Please refer to the Technical Information System (TIS): 2004 RX 330 Repair Manual: Exterior/Interior Trim: Roof Heading Assembly: Replacement (steps 41 and/or step 42).





Warranty Information

Applicable Warranty:

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
