Headlamp Washer Motor: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER




5. REMOVE HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. Pull out the head light cleaner washer nozzle.
b. Disengage the 2 claws, remove the head light cleaner washer nozzle.




c. Remove the 2 bolts.




d. Alter the shape of the upper part of the headlamp washer actuator sub-assembly LH, to remove it.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
