TSB REVISION NOTICE:
- February 27, 2006: 2006 model year has been added to Applicable Vehicles.
The previous TSB should be discarded.


INTRODUCTION:
Some customers may complain of excessive sulphur odor on 2004 - 2006 model year RX330 vehicles under the following conditions:
- Stop and go driving.
- Heavy acceleration.

In order to reduce the sulfur odor, new catalytic converter assemblies have been made available. Follow the repair procedure to replace the catalytic converter assemblies.

NOTE:

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2004 - 2006 model year RX 330 vehicles.

Refer to ETAS, 2004, 2005 or 2006 model year RX 330 Repair Manual: Exhaust: Exhaust Pipe Assy (3MZ-FE).
