Introduction
Some 2008 - 2009 GX 470 vehicles may exhibit a condition where surface blemishes appear on the chrome garnish of the back glass (lower back window molding). In some instances the blemish is caused by remaining adhesive left by the protective film when it was removed. To correct this condition and improve serviceability the garnish is now separately available from the rear glass assembly as a service part. Please refer to the procedure in this bulletin to clean and/or how to replace the chrome garnish.
