HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: BATTERY BLOWER: REMOVAL
1. PRECAUTION

2. READ OUTPUT DTC
(a) Check for DTCs Hybrid Battery System.
NOTICE:
Check for DTCs and confirm that P0AA6 (Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault) is not output before doing removal or installation inside the battery. If the DTC is output, perform troubleshooting first.
3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
4. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER Removal
5. REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP Removal
6. REMOVE BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Removal.
7. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
NOTICE:
* Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assemblies.
* Do not lift the battery cooling blower assemblies using the wire harness.
(a) Disconnect each battery cooling blower assembly connector and clamp.
(b) Remove the 9 nuts and 3 battery cooling blower assemblies.
