SEAT BELT: SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK COMBINATION METER





(a) Disconnect the G3 meter connector.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the G3 meter connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the meter may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK HEATER CONTROL SWITCH BOARD (w/o Navigation System)





(a) Disconnect the H32 heater control switch board connector.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the H32 heater control switch board connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the heater control switch board may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System)





(a) Disconnect the H4 display connector.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the H4 display connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the display may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR









5. CHECK OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU





(a) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
