(a) Each ECU and motor receive signals from the windshield wiper switch to operate the system. The auto wiper system (rain sensing semi-auto wiper) includes functions, such as the auto wiper function and vehicle speed switching function, that operate the wipers intermittently in response to the amount of rain.
