DATA TROUBLE CODE: P1600

SYSTEM: Engine Control Module BATT Malfunction

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Battery voltage is supplied to terminal BATT of the Engine Control Module even when the Ignition Switch is OFF for use by the Diagnostic Trouble Code memory and air-fuel ratio adaptive control value memory, etc.

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DETECTING CONDITION
- Open in back up power source circuit.

TROUBLE AREA
- Open in back up power source circuit.
- Engine Control Module.

NOTE: If Diagnostic Trouble Code P1600 appears, the Engine Control Module does not store another Diagnostic Trouble Code.
