Parking Brake System: Adjustments

1. Apply parking brake and count number of notches on parking brake sector. Specified number of notches should be 5-8.
2. Adjust parking brake as follows:
a. Remove console box, and if necessary, the shift knob.
b. Loosen locknut and turn adjustment screw until lever travel is correct.
c. Tighten locknut and reinstall console and shift knob if it was removed.
