Pistons are available in standard and oversize of .020 inch (0.50mm). When assembling piston onto connecting rod, ensure mark on top of piston and mark on connecting rod are on same side, Fig. 8. When installing piston and connecting rod assembly, ensure mark on top of piston is facing toward front of engine. When tightening connecting rods, ensure bolt does not rotate inside rod as this will result in lower torque than specified.
